Red Sky In The Morning...

Sailors take warning...there is a deep red sky on the horizon this morning and I'm not kidding! Whew! I think we're doomed for a few days. Blizzard Warning and Coastal Flood Advisory is now in effect!!! It's currently 28 degrees with gray skies except for the deep red horizon. It's very still...no breeze to speak of. There's an enormous storm brewing and isn't far off. We're expecting the start of this incredibly nasty nor'easter by this afternoon. ETA...3-4pm. With it, is snowfall measuring an inch an hour. Whiteout conditions with 40mph winds, and drifts of over 2 feet are predicted! Did I mention "thundersnow"? Sounds like a Saturday morning cartoon show. If our electric is still up and running, I'll be reporting the conditions as they occur. And, hopefully will have some photos to share! "Hunkerdown" is the word for this weekend! Soups on!
