Tropical Storm Conditions Coming!

Mornin'! It's currently 73 degrees as the sun pops up over WW's horizon. There's a slight southerly breeze...5mph and turning to 15mph later. It's the calm before the Earl today. It'll be mostly sunny with some cloud cover and will hit the 90's once again with 93% humidity. It's just one of those hot, steamy, summer days at the shore. A great beach day! Uh...I'd better re-phrase that one...the beach could be a place to just observe some wild, rough, high seas as Earl heads in our direction and posing a threat to our Coast. Forecasters are saying that the hurricane will be hundreds of miles out in the Atlantic Ocean but cruising parallel to our coast beginning tomorrow. Today, the effects will still be felt by how the ocean begins to reacts to Earl and that's roughly. Not sure if any of WW's beaches will be closed, but if you're on it, pay close attention to Lifeguards, Signs, Flags, Whistles, and Warnings. High tide:2:19p.m.; Low tide:7:42a.m.; Ocean temp:80 degrees. Tomorrow will be the onslaught of rain (60% chance) and winds (50mph gusts) as we feel Earl up close and personal. There are no mandatory evacuations at this time, but I'll put it out there if the word comes. For now it looks like WW has escaped a hurricane hit but will certainly feel a tropical storm so put the plan in effect to batten down the hatches. Play it safe.
