Mixed Bag

Mornin'!  It's  72° with hardly a breeze under some cloud cover this pre-4th of July.  Ms Sun's trying to shine but cloud cover's holding her back.  Cold front #2 moves through the region today.  It'll remain partly to mostly cloudy (peeks of that hazy sun) with a better chance for some widespread showers and thunderstorms today than yesterday. Highs in the upper 80s along the coast. Southwest winds at 13-19mph.  Tonight...scattered thunderstorms early, then mainly cloudy with a thunderstorm or two likely overnight and low of 73°. South winds at 15 to 25 mph will be decreasing to 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 80%.  For the 4th...showers likely to kick off the holiday along with a possible rumble of thunder in the morning (chance of rain 90%). Cloudy skies are due up late all with some stiff winds as well as very strong Rip Currents...you've been warned as they have been taking lives already this season along the coast so pay close attention to the lifeguards and beach postings.  Saturday and Sunday...Ms Sun's back for some fun in the Sun!
