Warm Hump Day

Mornin'!  It's 73° in Wildwood. We had some nice thunderstorms last night and everything's nicely watered.  The thunder clouds put on a terrific lightning show over the ocean but not too much in the line of boomers.  We did get a nice watering as we haven't had rain in quite awhile and the garden's looking perky again.  It's cloudy and still and with thick marshy aromas at the moment with Ms Sun waiting in the wings to pass the horizon and begin her shining down show.  The sun will eventually get through this morning haze and cloud cover and shine down all day today.  It's going to be warm... temps will get up in the upper 80s-low 90s.  No breezes now but the winds will wift (I mean waft) in later from the W-NW at 10-12mph.  Tonight...clear to partly cloudy with temps in the low 70s.  Winds will be out of the W-NW at 10-12 with some gusting of up to 20mph.  Tomorrow's looking less cloudy and less chances of rain than was forecasted (20% chance) and Friday now has "scattered" thunderstorms (50% chance) in the forecast.  The weekend's looking sunny but very windy.  It all remains to be seen.  And, you know what I say all the time..."Keep your eye on the sky or doppler" for any pop-up storms and "Pack the insect repellant" for the NW winds that bring those biting greenhead flies.
