Tuesday Warm Up

Mornin'!  It's an unbelievable 39° in Wildwood.  It's hazy but starlit and moonlit with a light ocean breeze.  Ms Sun's checking in again today and should be crossing the horizon around an hour and a half from now.  Temps will rise up into the mid 40s as she shines most of the day.  At least until the clouds roll in later this afternoon.  It's supposed to start drizzling tonight as temps drop back down into the upper 30s.  Winds will be stiff today out of the SW at 19-32mph and by tonight simmer down from the W-SW at 15-20mph. Tomorrow should be the opposite starting out cloudy and becoming sunny with temps about where they are today.
High tide:9:18a.m.
Low tide:3:27p.m.
Ocean temp:37°
Sunset:5:14p.m.
Homefront Update: Still pumping water from under the house and back yard & shed (4 hours non-stop yesterday after work).  We lost some things...a couple of hubby's big power saws, grandbaby's infant things, summer and beach stuff (big floor fans, umbrellas, tent etc).  Eh...it's a good way to purge and realize that it's just "stuff".  It is sad though seeing all the furniture and stuff at everyone's curbside all over the island that they too lost.  We woke today without heat again as our furnace is now not working.  Thank goodness for our little gas fireplace!
