Heat Advisory Posted

Mornin'! It's 78° in sunny Wildwood NJ.  It's a warm (not overly humid) morn on the island.  We've got nothing in the line of breezes.  Ms Sun's up and shining brightly.  It'll be a hot one down the shore today with sun shining down and temps in the low 90s with heat indexes in the low 100s.  There's a Heat Advisory posted until tonight. Breezes will be out of the W-SW at 5-10mph.  Anything with "West" in the wind direction poses the threat of "green heads" which are westerly biting flies.  Pack the insect repellant as they're always hungry for humans.  There's a 20% chance of a thunderstorm late this afternoon due to that heat buildup. Tonight...clear but still a chance of those storm clouds passing over us and temps in the upper 70s with breezes out of the S-SW at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow...sunny and much more comfortable (mid 80s) with northerly breezes.  Santa will be on the beach today in North Wildwood.  And, the Christmas in July boat parade will be all along the harbors and canals tonight!
More importantly...if beaching...pack the sunblock, umbrella, footwear, a hat and water.
