September's Perfect Weather Goodbye Weekend!

Mornin'!  It's 64° in Wildwood NJ.  Blog's a bit late...slept in today.  Not to mention, it was a perfect morning to throw a homemade coffee cake in the oven first.  I'm enjoying a cup of coffee while enjoying the aroma of cinnamon.  Oh...and the windows are all wide open!  Today's weather...we've got ourselves a perfectly gorgeous morning.  Ms Sun's-a-blazing in a cloudless, blue sky.  No breezes to note.  And, the air is perfectly cooled.  It'll be a sneak peek to an Indian Summer day.  Research shows that the earliest known reference to "Indian Summer" occurred in an essay written in the US in the 1770s (first published in French) and was perhaps so-called because being first noted in regions inhabited by Native Americans who hunted in warm, hazy conditions.  It'll be a very pleasant day down the Shore with plentiful sunshine, temps in the low-mid 70s, breezes out of the W-NW at 5-7mph.  Tonight...clear, temps in the mid-upper 60s and breezes out of the N-NW at 9-11mph.  Tomorrow looks identical but a tad cooler.  This weekend will be perfect Indian Summer weather as we bid farewell to September!
