TGIF

Mornin!  It's 72° in Wildwood NJ.  It's gray and misty with major winds wifting (wafting) over the island as I type (E-NE 18-22mph w/gusting).  Everything's damp and wet outside not to mention the 96% humidity in the air.  It's now looking like a mostly cloudy/gray weekend with plenty of cloud cover and heavy wind-driven mist and fog.  In fact, we'll probably wake to rain as the clouds probably won't move over until late in the day tomorrow.  Two forecasts I've checked are saying Sunday will actually have a mix of clouds and sun!  Today...heavy clouds with winds out of the E-NE at 20-22mph and add to that 50-60% chance of rain by this afternoon.  Temps will be in the mid-70s with humidity in the 90s and dewpoint in the mid-70s.  Tonight...50-60% chance of isolated thunderstorms / rain showers with temps in the low 70s and winds out of the E-NE at 15-22mph.  This week's been real crapola weather and I feel for those vacationing here on the island.  I feel even more empathy for those in the Carolinas who are experience the wrath of Hurricane Florence right now...440,000 are currently without power there.  Prayers for you!
