Sunny Saturday

Mornin'!  It's 43° in Wildwood NJ.  We're under cloud cover again with breezes out of the West at 10-15mph.  It feels like 38° which I'm still trying to get the gist of this Winter preview (officially 34 days away).  I'm grateful for none of that authentic winter weather down the Shore yet... that is the wintry mix or snow that my hometown of Philly had a nice blast of this week.  After a couple days of a real blustery cold snap here down the Shore, we're going to have a sunny, warmer day today (once the morning clouds check out) with temps in the upper 40s (maybe even tapping 50°) and breezes much calmer out of the W-NW at 14-17mph.  Tonight...clear with temps in the upper 30s/low 40s and breezes out of the NW at 10-15mph.  It looks like tomorrow we're going to have much easier breezes off the warmish ocean.  The ocean and marsh believe it or not is keeping any snow, ice or wintry mix away from the island for now as the 50°+ water temp is keeping us insulated. Once the ocean temperature goes down and gets into the 30s, we're in for it.  But for today...it's going to be on the nice side thanks to Ms Sun as she'll do what she does best by making us feel warmer in that cool, pre-winter sea air.
