Last Nice One Of Autumn

Mornin'!  It's 29° in Wildwood NJ.  No breezes to note making it feel just like 29° outside this morning... nice and crisp.  Everything's covered in a layer of white frost.  Ms Sun will take care of that as she's crossing the horizon as I type and will certainly provide a nice meltdown.  Expect a pleasant autumn day with plenty of sunshine, temps in the low-mid 40s and breezes out of the W-SW at 5-7mph.  Tonight...partly cloudy with temps in the upper 30s / low 40s and breezes out of the S-SW at 6-9mph.  There's a "Hazardous Weather" and "Flood Watch" in effect from Thursday evening into Friday evening as a rain system is headed this way and will be arriving by later tomorrow.  The Full Moon is Saturday which will increase the chance of island flooding.  If you're in a low lying area of the island or traversing on and off the island, take precautions.  The George Redding bridge has a reputation for closing when tidal flooding's a concern as the foot of the bridge famously floods during times like these.  It's best to get on and off the island by way of North Wildwood.  Enjoy today though... as it'll no doubt be the last nice day of Autumn this year (Winter's due in 2 days).  It'll be on the cold side today but sunny and pleasant.
