Stiff West Winds Today

Mornin'!  It's 78° in Wildwood NJ.  Ms Sun's shining along with breezes out of the West at 10-12mph.  Humidity's up this morning at 85% with a dewpoint of 73° and it's feeling warm and muggy.  But, it's a perfectly lovely summer morning down the shore.  How can it not be with that marshy aroma hitting you the moment you step on the back porch.  Expect a sunny day with some clouds in the mix.  A stray shower is usually in the mix too with this heat buildup and humidity (20% chance).  Temps are headed to the upper 80s-low 90s with West winds at 10-20mph.  Tonight... partly clear / partly cloudy with 20% chance of a shower.  Temps heading back down into the low-70s with NW winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... more sunshine, low-80s and NW breezes.  Today's West Winds warrant insect repellent if heading to the beach as the biting flies will be waiting for you (don't forget to pack it in your beach bag).  And, pack something to secure those umbrellas... bungee, and/ or sand grabber as the umbrellas will be flying today!  As for those hurricanes down South... Marco petered out being a tropical storm but not Laura as she's directed  full steam ahead through the Gulf to the upper Texas and Louisiana Coasts as a major Hurricane.  She could even produce flooding into Arkansas and Missouri. Thoughts and prayers for those down South.
