Ms Sun's Up There Somewhere As We Say Good-bye To February

Mornin'!  It's 43° in Wildwood NJ.  The cloud cover continues.  It's raining lightly (I call it "spitting") with hardly a breeze (E-NE at 2-4mph).  It's quiet with the very distant sound of the surf but it's the fragrance in the air that hits the senses when stepping on to  the back porch.  There's an over abundance of brininess in the salty air this morning.  It's what island living is all about. Everything on the island is soggy and dewy.  It's going to get even soggier as there's a 100% chance of rain today as the winds (out of the East) will be ramping up at 10-20mph making for quite a miserable day.  Temps will only rise a few degrees as it'll be in the mid-40s.  Rainfall expected is about a ½".  Tonight... occasional rain showers (90% chance), low around 43° with S-SW winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... Monday perfection with more clouds, more rain (95% chance) with a high of 50° and W-NW winds at 15-25mph.  Until next year February... thanks for being mostly kind to our coastal region this winter!  See you on the other side!
