Preview Of Fall

Mornin'!  It's 65° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 87% with a dewpoint of 60°.  Winds are out of the N-NE at 6-8mph.  It's clear as the sky is becoming lighter with  dawn fast approaching.  What's really amazing is that it feels like Autumn outside.  Not to mention that the island is packed with vacationers and weekenders and I'm sitting here with all the windows of my house wide open and I can't hear anything but distant sound of ocean waves as well as the some seagulls squawking.  Not one air-conditioner is humming anywhere!  Now that's a strange phenomenon especially in August.
It'll be a lovely day with mostly sunny conditions, temps around 80° and windy with NE winds at 10-20mph.  Tonight... clear, temps back into the mid-60s and E-NE winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... mainly sunny, temps around 80° and NE winds still stiff at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow night... mostly clear, temps around 70° and E-NE winds at 10-15mph.  Monday... sunny, temps around 80° and NE winds at 10-15mph. Tuesday... the same.  A really nice stretch of weather happening down the Shore.
High Tide: 2:57PM

Rip Current: High Risk: Dangerous Rip Currents today.  These currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper waters.  Pay attention to flags posted on the beaches, swim only near a lifeguard if your beach is open.  If caught in a rip current, relax and float.  Do Not Swim against the current as you'll get nowhere fast.  When able, swim in the direction parallel with the shoreline until the current moves away. Wave for help if at all possible.  This Posted Risk remains in effect until tonight.
