Mostly to Partly Sunny Sunday

Mornin'!  It's 55° in Wildwood NJ.  It was just raining lightly as we're under cloud cover at the moment.  Breezes are light out of the SW at 9-11mph.   There's a slight chance of rainfall before 8am today.  Expect a mostly sunny day though with temps tapping 60° and SW breezes at 5-10mph.  The winds will shift from the West and ramp up a bit at 10-20mph a little later this afternoon.  Tonight... partly cloudy then becoming cloudy after midnight.  Temps will drop into the low-mid 40s with winds barely there (light and variable).  Don't forget that a Geminid meteor shower is scheduled to peak tonight (9pm-2am).  Hopefully any cloud cover will shift away and allow the show to go on. Tomorrow is the New Moon as we'll be waking to rain with 100% chance of rain and potential heavy rainfall.  It'll be blustery too.  Be mindful of any tidal flooding due to the moon and heavy rains.  Careful where you drive and park the vehicle.  You might want to get the "wellies" out too.  By dinner time, the rains should be starting to check out. And, the mid-week storm directing its sights on us, is still coming (Wednesday) as we'll see heavy rain and major winds (up to 50mph gusts) so strap in.  So far, no one's committing to forecasting the white stuff along our Coast.  It's probably all that salt of ours not to mention the ocean temp insulating us.
