It's chilly and damp. It's a crappy way to start a month, weekend, or day but it is what it is and March is gone and that's all I care about. It'll be much nicer tomorrow...mid-upper 50s with plenty of sunshine. Not today though as it'll be a cloudy one with peeks of sun (if we're lucky). Temps will be in the mid-upper 40s today with breezes out of the N-NW at 19-22mph.
