Storm's-A-Brewing

This morning's webcan shot
Mornin'!  It's 51° in Wildwood NJ.  Winds are out of the East at 10-15mph and it feels like 47°.  It's cloudy.  We're dry except for all the outside surfaces which have had the overnight salty dew soak everything. We're a bit briny (which I love) with the thick fishy aroma in the air this morning.  This moring's cloud cover is providing noise insulation of as the sound of the angry ocean crashing onto the beach is loud and clear this morning and that's 6+ blocks away.  Strap in... we're about to have another coastal storm.  There are postings this morning... There's a "Flood Watch" (from tonight at 6pm until tomorrow night at 6pm), a "Wind Advisory" (from 8pm tonight until tomorrow 7am), and a "Coastal Flood Advisory" (today 10am until tomorrow at 4pm).  Expect areas of patchy fog early, then rain showers possibly starting this morning evolving into a more steady, heavy rain by this afternoon.  Temps will be in the upper 50s with E-SE winds at 10-20mph.  Chance of rain... 100%.  Tonight... rain (100% chance with 1-2" expected) with windy conditions (SE at 25-35mph) and temps in the low-50s.  Tomorrow... periods of rain early with clouds breaking up by the afternoon.  Temps will be in the upper 50s with West winds at 25-35mph +gusting.  Tomorrow night... partly cloudy, temps in the upper 30s and West winds at 15-25mph +gusting.  Don't drive through flood waters.  Know your low-lying areas that always flood.  Be aware of the High Tide times.  Secure outdoor furniture, decorations, trashcans etc. Stay safe.
High Tide: 11:26AM and 12:08AM
Low Tide: 5:43PM
Ocean Temp: 49°
Sunrise: 7:12AM
