Mostly Sunny

Today's webcam shot - North WW
Mornin'!  It's 46° in Wildwood NJ.  It's clear and still.  Winds are out of the West at 1-3mph.  Ms Sun's due up any moment.  She has some lovely colorful clouds painted along the horizon to pass through.  It'll be sunny this morning, becoming partly sunny, then partly cloudy by this afternoon.  Temps will be in the low-mid 60s with S-SW winds at 5-10mph.  Tonight... cloudy with 30% chance of rain showers, temps in the low-50s and S-SE winds at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... cloudy, temps in the low-60s and Southerly breezes at 5-10mph.  There's still a 20% chance of a passing shower tomorrow.  Thursday...  cloudy and windy (S-SE 20-30mph +gusting) with rain showers developing later in the day (40% chance) but Thursday night... 100% chance of rain with the potential for heavy rainfall and remaining very windy.
It was a lovely day here yesterday and I'm grateful to have witnessed yet another solar eclipse.  This time from my backyard.  The occasional light, wispy clouds not only cooperated but they added just enough drama to the movement of the moon as it covered the sun.  We had 80% coverage with a "partial" eclipse and didn't have the "totality" that was the word of the day but it was amazing to see just the same.  The temperature dropped from 62° to 53° as it became dusk in the afternoon and the sun took the appearance of a crescent moon.
