Nice down the Shore

Mornin'! It's 55° this early morn. The sun will be rising in less than an hour and will be a beauty as the sky is perfectly clear. Birds are happy as their welcoming the start of a new week with sweet melodic chirps as I blog away. No sound of seagulls yet, but they'll be harmonizing in no time. It's been really nice down the shore recently and will continue to be just that today. Temps are rising into the low 70's as it'll be mostly sunny, breezy and warm. Winds will be gusting as they wift (I mean waft) in from the SW-SSW at 15-25mph. We're still keeping attentive to the dry conditions all around as anything that could ignite a fire could have disastrous consequences on the island as of late. Watch your butts!
High tide:5:25p.m.
Low tide:11:04a.m.
Ocean temp:52°
Sunset:7:39p.m.

"Down the shore" is so charmingly a colloqualism down at the shore. It reminds me of my regionalism: "Throw the cow over the fence some hay."
