Rainy Start to the Week

Mornin'!  It's 48° in Wildwood.  We're in the midst of heavy cloud cover with mist and a lull in the rain (it's coming) but everything's soaked and dripping wet.  The aroma and sound of the sea is heightened with the current conditions. The sound of the surf pounding away at the shore (I'm six+ blocks away) is so loud and distinct that I can hear it inside my house with the windows closed!  It'll be a breezy and wet today as rain is on the forecast up until tomorrow afternoon.  It's basically just misty outside at the moment and will be that way when turning in tonight.  However, during the day...80% chance of rainfall off and on and it will get intense as these gusty winds will add to the annoying downpours. Winds will be strong off the ocean at 28-35mph w/gusting out of the E-NE as temps will get into the low-mid 50s.  Tonight...rain as temps head back into the upper 40s as winds simmer down to 12-15mph out of the NE.
High tide:1:24p.m.
Low tide:6:56a.m. and 7:05p.m.
Ocean temp:40°
Sunset:7:06p.m.
