Mornin'!  It's 64° in Wildwood.  The "dry-out" has begun after some really severe thunderstorms last night.  I thought my skylight was going to crack with the intense torrents pounding on it and my guess is some hail was part of that deal.  Sounded like it anyway.  It's now a perfectly calm, clear, sunny, quiet morn.  I don't hear the seagulls this morning and hope they made it through the night.  I discovered last weekend that some of them nest right out in the open over at the grassy sound.  And, there were plenty of chicks in those nests.  Today's temps will reach the mid-upper 70's with breezes at 10-15mph coming from the NW and shifting later from the SW as the "dry-out" continues all day long (at least everything's watered and watered big time). It'll be the third straight sunny and summery weekend up ahead.  It's looking good at the Shore for the next few days.  High Tide:11:30a.m.; Low Tide:5:30p.m.; Ocean Temp:67°; Sunset:8:25p.m.

Absecon High graduation ceremony made it on the news in Missouri for funnel clouds. No mention of funnel cakes.
