Wild First Weekend In Wildwood

Mornin'!  It's 63° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 89% with a dewpoint of 60°.  Breezes are out of the NW at 2mph (barely there).  It's still dark and partly cloudy (more clouds on the bay-side) with a string of clouds just along the horizon line at the ocean) which usually makes for a fantastic sunrise (in about an hour). It's supposed to be a sunny, warmish day. Today's temps will be in the low-mid 70s with N-NE breezes at 10-15mph.  Tonight... clear, temps in the upper 50s and N-NE winds at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... sunny, temps in the low-70s and E-SE winds at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow night... clear, temps in the upper 60s and Southerly breezes at 5-10mph.  Monday... sunny, temps in the low-70s and N-NW winds at 10-15mph.  A lot going on this weekend here in Wildwood.  Check out the big line ups in the Events Calendar.  Oktober Fest at Morey's as well as the Race Of The Gentlemen is this weekend and one thing's for sure... the pre-1935 hot rods are everywhere and noisy as hell.  I thought the Harleys were loud when we used to have Biker Weekend!  Have fun this first weekend in October!

Mornin'!  It's 61° in Wildwood NJ.  Ms Sun's up and shining brightly.  Humidity's 85% with a dewpoint of 60°.  Breezes are light out of the SE at 3-4mph.  Clouds are going to roll on through today as it'll be partly sunny / party cloudy with temps in the low-70s and SE breezes at 5-10mph.  Tonight... cloudy early with clearing expected late.  There's a small chance of a shower (20% chance) late tonight into the overnight, temps in the low-mid 60s with S-SW breezes at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... clouds in the morning giving way to a sunny day, temps in the low-mid 70s and N-NE breezes at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow night... clear, temps in the upper 60s and E-NE breezes at 5-10mph.  Sunday... sunny, temps in the low-70s with S-SE breezes at 5-10mph.  Sunday night... partly cloudy with 30-40% chance of rain after midnight, temps in the mid-60s with S-SW winds at 10-20mph.  It's looking like a perfect weather weekend ahead for this weekend's lineup of The Race Of The Gentlemen, the RV Show at the Convention Center area and the Oktober Fest at Morey's Pier on the Boardwalk.

Looking Like It May Be A Beauty Today

Mornin'!  It's 61° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 88% with a dewpoint of 57°.  Breezes are barely there out of the North at 2-3mph.  We're under cloud cover but there are areas along the horizon where it's clear and bright and seems to be opening for Ms Sun's arrival.  I'm thinking we'll see a lovely sunrise this morning.  It'll be a party sunny / partly cloudy day with temps around 70° and E-NE winds at 5-10mph.  Tonight... clear to partly cloudy, temps in the low-60s and S-SE winds at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... partly sunny / partly cloudy, temps around 70° and E-SE winds at 5-10mph.  For the weekend... beautiful both Saturday and Sunday... sunny, temps in the low-70s and light breezes.  We might get rain Sunday night into the overnight as well as early Monday morning.

Rosh Hashanah - Happy New Year - 10/2 to 10/4

Mornin'!  Happy New Year in Judaism! It's 65° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 87% with dewpoint of 62°.  It's cloudy, misty and breezy with winds out of the NE at 10-20mph.  We're supposed to have a decent autumn day with clouds early, and peeks of by later this morning displaying partly sunny skies by this afternoon.  Temps will be around 70° with NE winds breezy at 10-20mph.  Tonight... partly clear skies with temps around 60° and NE winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... a sunny day on tap with temps around 70° and E-NE winds at 5-10mph.  As for this coming weekend... a beauty.  It'll be sunny, temps around 70° with light and variable winds. Perfect for the Wildwood's celebration of the golden age of racing with the "Race Of The Gentlemen" on the beach. Plus, it's also Wildwood's RV Show and Morey's October Fest.  We're still having fun here in Wildwood this first weekend in October and this time the weather intends to cooperate.

Mornin'!  It's 67°, cloudy and breezy (E-NE at 15-20mph) in Wildwood NJ.  Welcome October!  And, "Red sky in the morning..." is what I'm seeing out my front windows right now.  Even with this relatively thick morning cloud cover, Ms Sun's painting that sky all kinds of reds, corals as well as throwing in some golds. It's really amazing how picturesque our Autumn sunrise and sunsets are here on the east coast.  Today will basically be a repeat of yesterday with cloudy skies, a slight chance of rain (25% chance), temps around 70° and stiff E-NE winds at 15-25mph.  Tonight... cloudy, 35% chance of rain, temps in the mid-60s and NE winds at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow... mostly to partly cloudy with 25% chance of rain in the morning as we just might see Ms Sun later in the day, temps near 70° and NE winds still stiff at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow night... mostly clear, temps in the mid-60s and NE winds at 5-10mph.  Thursday... a sunny day, temps around 70° and light breezes!  Yay!  The New Moon is tomorrow which means we're seeing higher than normal tides. Remember that the backside (marsh/bay) is one hour later in the high tide times. It's nice to see you again October.  We know what could happen this month as we're in the peak of hurricane season which continues until November 30th.  Please be kind to us.
