January Nor'easter

Mornin'!  It's 46° in Wildwood NJ.  Rain is coming down lightly with winds howling off the ocean (E-NE at 30-35mph with gusting).  We're in the midst of a Nor'easter.  It'll be rainy today (80% chance) with thankfully mostly light rain and drizzle and fog and mist.  The anticipated coastal flooding has been downgraded.  However, coastal beach erosion is happening big time as I type.  It's the winds that will make this a very beach damaging and crapola day with NE winds sustaining at 30+mph and gusting at 45+mph.  Lots of howling and ocean pounding going on today and tonight into the overnight.  Winds should be simmering down tomorrow morning but still in the 25-30mph zone. Temps will be around where they are now...upper 40s and tonight drop into the low 40s.  Ms Sun's due to check back in on Wednesday.
High tide:4:48p.m.
Low tide:10:33a.m.
Ocean temp:41°
Sunset:5:12p.m.
