Mornin'!  It's 58° in Wildwood NJ.  It's raining lightly with stiff winds out of the East at 25-30mph.  The island's being pummeled again today as rain and wind is on today's weather menu.  There's a "storm warning" posted.  Expect rain and wind with temps near 65° and East winds at 25-40mph.  Chance of rain is 100%.  Tonight... becoming cloudy after a day and evening of wind and rain.  Temps will be around the 60° mark with Southerly winds at 25-35mph finally decreasing to 10-20mph.  Tomorrow... partly sunny to partly cloudy with a slight chance of rain in the afternoon, temps in the mid-60s and South winds at 10-20mph.  Sunday... sunnier and calmer with intervals of clouds and sunshine, temps in the mid-60s and West winds at 10-15mph.  It'll inevitably be flooding on the island today so stay aware of the "high tide" times and "low-lying" areas on the island today.  Remember that the back bay / marsh area has "high tide" an hour later than the ocean side of the island.  Be conscious of where you park your vehicle.  Make sure your "wellies" are close at hand! Hunker down... it's going to be a stormy, wet, windy day on the island!

Breezy Hump Day

Mornin'!  It's 56 in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 93% with a dewpoint of 54.  It feels like 52.  Breezes are stiff out of the NW at 15-20mph.  There are clouds all around us but there's just enough clear sky to make for a lovely, colorful and picturesque sunrise.  Ms Sun's up and doing all she can to break through this early morning cloud cover.  Expect this hump day to be windy (N-NW 20-30mph +gusting).  It'll be mostly cloudy to start out as the clouds filter away and it becomes partly to mostly sunny this afternoon.  Temps will be in the mid-60s.  Tonight... partly cloudy, low of 49 with N-NE winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... sunny, low-60s and NE winds at 10-15mph.  At this time, the weekend looks partly sunny / partly cloudy with seasonable temps (mid-60s) with stiff breezes (10-20mph).  We could see rain Saturday morning but other than that... Halloween's looking A-OK.

Nor'easter Comin'!

Mornin'!  It's 68° in Wildwood NJ.  It's somewhat cloudy (mostly hazy) with Ms Sun up and trying to break on through.  It's humid... 91% humidity with a dew point of 65°.  Breezes are out of the S-SW at 10-15mph.  We've got some heavy-duty weather headed in our direction as a Nor'easter's on tap.  Expect partly cloudy skies this morning giving way to a few showers later in the day.  A thunderstorm is possible.  Today's temps will be in the low-mid 70s with South winds at 20-25mph.  Chance of rain today is 30%.  Tonight... showers and thundershowers giving way to steady rains into the overnight (100% chance).  SE winds will be a "whippin" at 20-30mph +gusting.  Expect around 1-2" of rain tonight into the overnight and then tomorrow... more steady rain including a "soaking" rain.  You might want to consider digging out the "wellies".  Tomorrow's temps will be in the mid-60s with NW winds at 20-30mph +gusting.  Wednesday... the rain should be checking out by mid-late morning but those wicked winds will continue to moan.  Hunker down and be aware of those low-lying areas on the island especially when parking that vehicle!   As for Key West... it's currently 85° with some light rain falling.  There's a 50% chance of rain all day into tonight with partly sunny/partly cloudy conditions.  Tomorrow... mostly sunny with a high of 87° and light ocean breezes.

Ms Sun's up and shining brightly.  Breezes are out of the South at 10-15mph.  It's a beautiful Autumn morning down the Shore.  It'll be sunny the first part of the day with rain headed in by the afternoon.  Expect mostly sunny conditions early, then periods of thunderstorms by this afternoon (70% chance) with winds ramping up becoming strong and gusty.  Temps will be in the low-mid 70s with S-SW winds at 20-30mph.  Tonight... rain (90% chance) but ending early, clearing overnight.  Temps will drop into the low-mid 50s with NW winds at 15-25mph.  Tomorrow... sunny and cooler with temps in the low-mid 60s and still a bit breezy with 15-20mph winds out of the W-NW.  Monday... a repeat of Sunday with plentiful sunshine and breezy with temps seasonable in the low-mid 60s.  The Full Harvest Moon is coming on Wednesday as tides become more swollen and higher than normal.

Fall Feel Down The Shore

Mornin'!  It's 67° in Wildwood NJ.  It's cloudy with NW breezes 7-9mph.  By contrast, it's currently 82° in Key West with sunny skies and breezes out of the E-NE at 3-5mph.  Today in Wildwood, it will be cloudy early with peeks of sunshine expected later in the day.  Temps will rise up into the mid-70s with W-NW breezes at 5-10mph.  A lovely day on tap!  Tonight... some passing clouds, temps down into the low-60s and light and variable winds. Tomorrow... partly cloudy and warm with temps in the mid-70s, mostly to partly sunny and SW winds at 5-10mph.  Saturday... a mix of clouds and sun with a 60% chance of rain by late in the day into the evening.  It'll also be windy with S-SW winds at 20-25mph.  Sunday... partly clear and sunny with those winds still in the mix.  Expect W-NW winds at 20-25mph +gusting with temps in the mid-60s.  Sounds like "jacket weather".  As for Key West, it'll be "tank top" weather as the weekend looks sunny and warm (upper 80s).

There's a "Coastal Flood" and a "Gale" Warning posted today.  It's 65° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 93% but it feels like 61°.  It's cloudy and windy with winds out of the N-NE at 20-25mph +gusting. It's going to be like this throughout the day today.  It'll be cloudy with a chance of light rain, high of 70° and windy.  Winds will be out of the N-NE all day at 20-25mph.  Tonight... cloudy, rain showers possible with temps in the low-60s and NE winds at 15-25mph.  Tomorrow... rain in the morning (40% chance) with a mostly cloudy day again on tap.  Temps will be in the low-70s with N-NE winds at 10-15mph.  Wednesday... Ms Sun returns!  And, it'll be much less breezy with temps in the low-70s and NE breezes at 4-7mph.

Mornin'!  It's 61° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 92% with a dew point of 59°.  Breezes are barely there out of the N-NE at 1-3mph.  We got those wispy, milky clouds all around us with Ms Sun up and doing all she can to shine through.  Expect a lovely day with plenty of sunshine, a few of those milky clouds thrown in and a high of 72°.  Winds will be out of the East at 5-10mph.  Tonight... partly cloudy with thickening clouds overnight.  Temps will drop to the mid-60s with those East winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... mostly cloudy, high of 70°, and E-NE winds at 15-20mph (it'll be blustery) with rain due in by early evening (40% chance) and temps in the upper 60s.  Sunday... crapola!  Looks rainy (60% chance) and blustery (E-NE 20-25mph) with temps in the low-70s.  Monday... looking wet in the morning with peeks of sunshine by late morning/early afternoon, temps in the low-70s and less bluster.
