A Big Weekend's Upon Us

Autumn's In The Air

Mornin'!  It's 60° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 77% with a dewpoint of 52°.  Winds are out of the N-NE at 15-20mph.  And, it's cloudy along the ocean's horizon covering Ms Sun. It's feeling like 55° this morning.  I'd say we're a bit on the chilly side.  I'm happy to say that we had a couple hours of rain early yesterday.  It was light and steady and actually diluted some of that salt still covering the island from that major tidal flooding back on August 21st.  I checked my past blogs and the last rainfall we had was on July 27th.  Although we're abnormally dry, we're not considered in a drought.  As for today's weather... we're going to have sunshine and a few clouds mixed in.  Temps will be in the low-70s along with NE winds at 10-20mph.  Tonight... partly cloudy and moonlit, temps in the low-60s and NE winds at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow... starting out clear but clouds will increase and add to that some very windy conditions, temps in the low-70s and NE winds at 20-30mph.  Tomorrow night... cloudy, temps in the mid-upper 60s and still windy with NE winds at 20-25mph.  The Full "Blood" Moon was last night as it coincided with a Lunar eclipse (on the other side of the globe as it wasn't visible in the Americas).  We may see what's leftover on the full moon as it rises over the horizon tonight.

Mornin'!  It's 63° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 89% with a dewpoint of 57°.  Ms Sun's shining as she rose at 6:30 this morning as she's passed through those clouds waiting for her just over the horizon.  We've got sunshine galore at the moment.  Winds are barely there out of the North at 2-4mph.  It'll be another beauty today with sunshine and some clouds sprinkled in to make another award winning sky, temps in the mid-70s and E-NE breezes turning to E-SE by later this afternoon all at 5-10mph.  Tonight... mostly clear, temps where they are now... low-60s with winds light and variable.  Tomorrow... same as today with plentiful sunshine, temps in the low-mid 70s and Southerly breezes at 5-15mph.  Tomorrow night... a little cloudy with blustery winds out of the S-SW at 15-25mph and temps in the mid-60s. As for this coming weekend... there's a 60% chance of rain on Saturday and 25% chance on Sunday.
