Groundhog Day! A Mix of Clouds and Sun on Tap

Mornin'!  It's 39° in Wildwood NJ.  It's a repeat of yesterday morning at this time...cloud covered with no breezes to note on the island.  There's one difference from yesterday morning and that's the aroma.  That briny fragrance of the sea or in my case the marshes (I live more on the west side of the island along the harbor /marshland side) is strong and hits the olfactory sensory neurons (looked that one up) the minute you enter the porch this dark, early morn. It's what I love most living here.  Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning...6 more weeks of winter.  With that said...it'll be a partly sunny day today with winds perking up and heading in our direction from the W-NW at 18-25mph.  Temps will rise a bit and stay around the mid-upper 40s.  Tonight...clear with temps back down into the the upper 30s and breezes even stronger from the W-NW at 26-31mph.  At this point, the weekend's looking okay with Saturday being the sunnier of the 2 days.  So far...no moisture in the weekend forecast!
