Gale Warnings Posted

Mornin'!  It's 35° in Wildwood NJ.  It's cloudy and windy... W-NW 25-35mph.  The winds are whispering and moaning over the island this early morn.  It'll be another preview of the March winds today with Ms Sun shining down through some cloud cover and with cold, stiff winds along our coast from the NW.  Those Gale Warnings posted mean that operating a Vessel in these gale conditions requires experience with only properly equipped vessels and it's highly recommended only experienced mariners sail and to seek safe harbor to the onset of these gale conditions.  It looks like the warning will be in effect until this evening.  For those of us landlubbers...bad hair day.  It'll be a high of 38° with mostly sunny skies.  Tonight...clear, NW winds 25-35mph w/gusting and temps about where they are now (low-mid 30s). Tomorrow...starts out windy but simmers down by mid-morning as Ms Sun remains with us.  As for the weekend...still looking A-OK...sunny and in the 50s with not much in the line of breezes!
High tide:11:45a.m.
Low tide:5:29p.m.
Ocean temp:41°
Sunset:5:40p.m.
