Multiple Hazards In Effect: Marine Warning, Flash Flood Warning, Tropical Storm Warning, Rip Currents Warning, Hazardous Surge Warnings, Beach Erosion Warning, Hazardous Winds
Mornin'! It's 73° in Wildwood NJ. Fay's here! You talk about miserable! She came onshore very late last night... around 1-2am very quietly with light rainfall. This is what Fay's doing now... first off, she's a tropical storm roaring in from the Ocean bringing with her very heavy, wind driven rains. There's a potential for flash flooding and even isolated tornadoes. It's currently raining heavily with winds out of the E-NE at 25-35mph +gusting. Humidity's 95% with a 73° Dewpoint. Expect a "washout" today with showers and/or thunderstorms likely (100% chance) as temps tap 80°. Easterly winds are on tap at 25-35mph +gusting throughout the day. Tonight... beginning to clear as Fay heads north. 20% chance of rain with SW winds at 10-20mph. Temps will head down to where they are now... low-mid 70s. Tomorrow... starting out sunny and turning partly cloudy by mid-day with 40% chance of scattered rain showers and/or thunderstorms. It's a "keep your eye on the sky" kind of day. Temps in the low-mid 80s with S-SW winds at 10-20mph +gusting. Sunday... perfection.
