Pleasant Thursday

Mornin'!  It's 71° in Wildwood NJ.  Ms Sun's up and beginning to shine and break through leftover fog and cloud cover.  Breezes are light out of the N-NW at 3-5mph.  It's quiet, still, fragrant with that ol' marshy, wetland aromas and all is well with the world.  Well, I wish it was.  God knows when that will be.
As for weather... it'll be a pleasant summer's day.  Expect plentiful sunshine with temps in the low-mid 80s (wouldn't be surprised if it hits the 90s as it has been when the forecasts say low-mid 80s as of late).  Winds will be out of the S-SW at 5-10mph.  Tonight... clear, moonlit skies with temps in the low-mid 70s and SW breezes at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... mix of clouds and sun with a 20% chance of a shower and/or thunderstorm possible.  It'll be a warmer day for sure as temps will be tapping 90° tomorrow.  The weekend... Saturday and Sunday are looking a bit more comfortable in the temperature department... upper 70s / low 80s as Saturday appears to be a bit cloudier than Sunday.  It's a Full Moon this weekend (Sunday) and we're already seeing the tides swelling a bit more than usual.  Be aware of the tides especially if we have a pop-up torrential rain shower.  The island (along with all the other coastal towns) is known to have areas of tidal flooding during full-moon times.  Always be aware of the tides times and your surroundings especially those areas prone to street flooding.  And, never drive through tide waters... corrosive, salt water will saturate the undercarriage of your vehicle and that's not a good thing.  Remember to pack sunscreen, footwear and headwear today!
