Mornin'! It's 43° in Wildwood. It's mostly clear, starlit, moonlit and the sound of the sea is loud and clear this early morn. It's breezy but will get much breezier as winds will be wifting (I mean wafting) in from the South and off the Atlantic at 20-25mph with gusting all day. By tonight we may see 50mph gusts. Even though the temps are going to tap the 60° mark, it'll feel much chillier with those ocean "bad hair day" breezes blowing in all day. It'll be a mix of clouds and sun earlier in the day and by sunset, it'll be raining; the heaviest rain by midnight and overnight...2" and tidal flooding is forecasted. We may even have some thunder during this winter storm. The motor homes carrying all the Show dogs have begun arriving in the Convention Center parking lot for this weekend's Dog Show. Gonna be a stormy night for the pooches.
High tide: 9:35a.m.
Low tide:3:49p.m.
Ocean temp:43°
Sunset:5:20p.m.
