Flash Flooding Still Posted

Mornin'!  It's 73° in Wildwood NJ.  It's raining lightly.  It's still (no breezes to note).  It's humid.  It's feeling a bit tropical as my outdoor porch plants are happy and can attest to that (croton, palm, jasmine, fern) with fresh new growth.  Those plants live 8 months in the house and are incredibly happy now living in their element.  We had yet another fun holiday weekend as Tim McGraw left his mark in the wet sand with no fireworks display after his historic, rained-on beach concert last night.  Next up...BBQ/Blues Fest this coming weekend (my favorite fest of all) which so far looks to have decent weather.  Today will be warm with a cloudy start as there's a 30% chance of isolated rain showers and even a leftover thunderstorm. It'll turn partly clear later with peeks of  sun as temps climb up into the mid-upper 80s with breezes out of the W-NW at 15-20mph. Tonight...back to the low-mid 70s with clearing conditions and breezes out of the West at 10-12mph.  Safe travels to all those departing the island today!
