Last Day Of Summer

Mornin'!  The Last Day of Summer has arrived!  It's 51° in Wildwood NJ.  We're under mostly clear skies at the moment.  Breezes are out of the N-NE at 15-20mph.  Hurricane Teddy is creating havoc on the eastern seaboard and our South Jersey coast is no exception.  Lots of major rough surf and beach erosion happening as of late.  Expect some more real windy conditions today with those NE winds battering our coast even more at 20-30mph +gusting.  We're going to have a mix of clouds and sun and high of 65°.  Tonight... mainly clear, 50° and North winds at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow... the first of of Autumn will be sunny with a high of 71°!  Hopefully, we'll all see you on the other side Summer!

Covid-19 has made this Summer like no other, but the weather stands out as different to me, too. It was the first Summer for me with no REAL heatwave.
Happen Autumn to all, "when every leaf 🌿 is a flower," to paraphrase Albert Camus.
Thanks, Kathy, for your Daily Alerts.
Weather will never be the same thanks you ☺️?

Stupid cell phone. End with an Exclamation Point (!), Not a Question Mark (?). Some things never change.

It certainly (and officially) is "When every leaf is a flower" season! Happy Autumn Jimbo! Thanks for reading my weather reports and sharing the seasons with me! Stay safe and stay well during this Covid time. And we can only hope that our weather withstands the effects of our negligence to the earth's warming. 90 days until the Winter Solstice!
