Full Moon Hump Day

Mornin'!  It's 55° in Wildwood NJ.  It's raining lightly with winds out of the S-SW at 5-10mph.  The island's pretty saturated with the last 24+ hours of rain.  Most of which was mist along with periods of steady rainfall.  There's a 40% chance of rain this morning as it becomes just cloudy by this afternoon.  Temps may reach 60° with those S-SW winds continuing at 5-10mph.  Tonight... cloudy with some clearing later as we might see a shower or two (20% chance) and even fog.  Temps will drop to the upper 40s with W-NW winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... partly clear skies in the morning giving way to a cloudy day.  Temps will be in the mid-50s with N-NW winds at 10-20mph.  As for this weekend... Saturday will be partly sunny with cloudy skies by the afternoon and a slight possibility of light rain (15% chance) as well. Temps will be near 50°.  As for Sunday... possibility of more rain (50% chance) with temps around 50°.  Two weeks until the winter solstice (shortest day of the year and the start of the Winter season)!  It's the Full Moon today.  AKA... the Cold Moon. And here's a fun fact...  an "Occultation" is going to be happening tonight.  Around 10:15pm tonight, the full moon and Mars move close together as the Red Planet (Mars) will then disappear behind the southern edge of the moon and reappear around 11pm on the northeast side.  If not cloudy (and there's a very good chance Wildwood will be under cloud cover) we could possibly get a glimpse of it with the naked eye.
