Round One

Mornin'!  It's 31° in Wildwood NJ.  It's cold and gray and feels more like 28° with those NE breezes at 3-6mph.  No snow yet but it feels like there's plenty of that salty, briny, raw, moisture in the air.  Expect some winter weather beginning today.  Here's the scoop... cloudy now with snow likely this afternoon (after midday around 2pm), temps in the mid-30s with E-SE winds at 5-10mph.  Chance of snow: 100%.  We probably will see about an inch or two.  Tonight... still snowing, temps in the low-30s and NE winds ramping up at 10-20mph.  Chance of snow: 100%.  We're expecting 5-8" overnight into the early morning.  Tomorrow... Round Two.  Snow concluding before daybreak. Expect a cloudy morning after the snowfall with on and off rain showers beginning by late in the afternoon.  Temps will be in the low-40s with E-NE winds at 15-25mph.  Chance of rain 60%.  Tomorrow night... steady rain (100% chance), temps in the upper 30s and E-SE winds at 10-20mph.  The Full "Snow" Moon is tomorrow and we'll have much higher than normal tides (especially during the high tide times) and with 8" of wet snow and then rains until Thursday afternoon, we'll no doubt have tidal flooding on the island.  Know your High tide times, low-lying areas, be cognizant of where you park and drive your vehicle and don't drive through flood waters.  Here's the high tide times during the Storm:
Wednesday: 7:26AM and 7:47PM
Thursday: 8:03AM and 8:24PM
And, remember that the high tide is always an hour later on the back side (marsh side) of the island than the ocean side.
High Tide today: 7:08PM
Low Tide today: 1:10PM
Ocean Temp: 40°
Sunrise: 6:55AM
Sunset: 5:32PM
