Mornin'! Happy Thanksgiving!  Once again... much to be thankful for this year. The bird's thawed, the trimmings, sides and dessert all lie in wait.  It's 42° in Wildwood NJ.  Ms Sun's up and there's not a cloud in the sky. We're bright and shiny this morning! Winds are whipping out of the W-NW at 20-25mph making it feel like 35°.  It'll be partly sunny with clouds in the mix today and temps only rising a few degrees into the upper 40s with W-NW winds at 20-30mph  +gusting feeling more like the mid-upper 30s.  Tonight... partly cloudy, temps in the low-30s and W-NW winds at 15-25mph +gusting.  Tomorrow... mostly sunny with a few clouds from time to time, temps in the mid-40s and W-NW winds at 20-30mph +gusting.  Tomorrow night... clear, temps in the low-30s with W-NW winds at 15-25mph.  Saturday... sunny, temps in the low-40s with NW winds at 10-20mph.  Saturday night... partly cloudy becoming overcast overnight with temps dropping into the mid-upper 30s and S-SE winds at 5-10mph.  Sunday... cloudy with occasional light rain showers by the afternoon (70% chance), temps in the mid-50s and S-SW winds at 10-20mph. The Winds Of Change Are-A-Coming

Mornin'!  It's 56° in Wildwood NJ.  It's raining with winds out of the S-SW at 10-15mph.  We're certainly not in the Cape May bubble this morning as this NE weather system's got us right where it wants us.  On a brighter note, this should be only a morning event as it appears as though we'll start seeing blue skies and sunshine by mid-day.  Temps will be in the low-60s with S-SW winds at 10-15mph.  Tonight... partly clear with some clouds in the mix, temps dropping to around 40° with gusty West winds developing at 15-25mph.  Tomorrow... partly sunny, temps in the upper 40s and W-NW wild winds at 15-25mph+ gusting.  Tomorrow night...  partly clear, temps down into the low-30s and W-NW still blustery winds at 15-25mph +gusting.  Friday... sunny with gusty winds and temps in the mid-40s.  Saturday... sunny, temps in the low-40s and NW winds a bit calmer.  Sunday... cloudy with showers by mid-day, temps in the mid-50s with Southerly winds ramping up again.  Happy Prepping for that feast tomorrow!

The Calm Before The Storm

Mornin'!  It's 51° in Wildwood NJ.  It's a lovely morning down the Shore.  We've got a beautifully painted sky with Ms Sun breaking through the cloud cover and light breezes out of the South at 4-7mph.  Those wafts of sea air are filled with salty brine which tap that ol' olfactory sense the minute I opened the back porch door and breath in. Sometimes that's what its all about living here on the coast.  But, keep in mind, it's the calm before the storm so they're saying. It'll be a mostly cloudy (some peeks of sunshine) start to the day as dampness begins to fill the air. Rain showers are due in this afternoon (50% chance).  Temps will be in the upper 50s with South winds at 10-20mph.  Tonight... things really begin to ramp up with rain becoming steady overnight (80% chance), temps in the mid-50s and S-SW winds at 15-25mph +gusting. Tomorrow... rain kicking off Thanksgiving Eve with sunshine later in the day, temps in the low-60s and S-SW winds at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow night... cloudy, temps around 40° with West winds at 15-25mph +gusting.  For Thanksgiving... partly to mostly sunny, temps in the mid-upper 40s and West winds at 20-30mph +gusting.  Thursday night... clear and very windy with temps in the low-30s and W-NW winds at 20-30mph +gusting.  Friday... mostly sunny and very windy, temps in the mid-40s with W-NW winds at 25-35mph.  Friday night... clear with gusty winds which will diminish after midnight, temps in the low-30s and W-NW winds at 20-30mph +gusting.

Tonight... clear, temps in the low-40s and NW winds at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow... except for a few afternoon clouds, mainly sunny, temps in the low-50s and NW winds at 10-20mph.  Tomorrow night... partly cloudy becoming overcast later into the overnight, temps in the mid-40s and South winds at 5-10mph.  Tuesday... cloudy with periods of light rain later in the day, temps in the upper 50s and South winds at 10-20mph. Chance of rain is 70%.  Tuesday night... steady rain (80% chance), temps in the mid-50s and S-SW winds at 10-20mph.  As for Wednesday... 60% chance of occasional rain showers, temps near 60° and SW winds at 10-20mph. Nice Weekend Ahead

Mornin'! It's 54° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's up there at 97% but no rain coming down. Everything's wet and  drippy though from that sea air and moisture. It's supposed to be raining right now but that Cape May "Bubble" seems to be doing its thing.  It's all around us but nothing coming down in Wildwood.  We've got gray sky with winds light out of the S-SW at 5-8mph.  There's still a 40% chance of rain showers this morning along with just cloud cover later this morning.  By the afternoon... Ms Sun will be out.  Temps will be in the upper 50s with N-NW winds at 10-15mph.  Tonight... partly clear, temps around 40° with N-NE winds at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... sunny, temps in the low-mid 50s and West winds at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow night... clear, temps in the low-40s with NW winds at 10-20mph.  I'd say this weekend is looking A-OK (once this forecast of morning rain today has passed).  In fact, it'll be much nicer this weekend for putting up those outdoor decs as next weekend's looking at least 10° colder maybe even more if that ol' windchill kicks in.  Just saying.  As for Thursday... it's a little far out (I'm not a fan of weather predictions too far in advance), but it's looking good here in Wildwood for turkey day.  For now, the forecast for Thanksgiving is that we'll have a sunny day, temps in the upper 40s and blustery W-NW winds at 15-25mph.
