A Brief Clear Start of the Day...
Mornin'...not so clear as humpday develops today. It's currently a wintry 32° this starlit, brisk, clear early morn in Wildwood. Temps will rise into the 40's (mid-upper) as the clouds cover the sunny sky and bring rain by mid-afternoon. Breezes will be off the ocean (Southeast) at 10-15mph; then switch to the NE later bringing even chillier air. Rains will continue off and on tonight into the overnight. Looking like rain continuing right up until Saturday. There's a "new" moon on Friday and along with all the rain...high risk for flooding on the island so keep that in mind while out and about. Don't drive through flood waters. So, I'm thinking some choices here...warm sweats and something hot in a mug (hot chocolate, tea, soup or toddy), hit the gym and work up a good sweat (you don't need a gym to do that though), or belly up to a tiki bar somewhere tropical to get away from the raw winter chill. I'll be opting for the 3rd choice...Key West in 3 days! This is Spring right? 83 days until Summer! Oh...almost forgot the tides...high tide:6:06p.m.; low tide:11:53a.m.; ocean temp: 48°.
