Mornin'! It's 46° this early morn in Wildwood. Skies are clear and brightly starlit. The aroma of the sea is in the air. It's going to be a lovely day at the Shore, albeit cooler than the last couple days but with lots of sunshine! Temps will be in the mid-upper 50's and may just tap the 60° mark. Winds will be out of the N-NW at 10-20mph and could be significantly lower by midday. There's no rain in the forecast until next week. With that said...there are a couple hazardous weather reports. One, some tidal flooding is expected on the island due to the full moon approaching tomorrow. Don't drive through flood waters...it's salt water and will damage the under carriage of your vehicle. And, two...fire weather concerns are posted due to the low humidity/dry conditions coupled with the breezes expected which can be a fire threat to the dunes on the island not to mention the brush and pinelands on the mainland. Careful with those cigarette butts!

Is it just me or did the warm winter make this spring feel more like a fall?
