It's raw and damp out there though however you look at it. Expect considerable cloudiness all throughout today with 70% chance of rain showers. Temps will be in the upper 40s / low 50s with West winds switching to NW by the afternoon at 15-25mph. Higher wind gusts are possible. It doesn't seem like we'll see intense rainfall... just on and off showers. Tonight... mostly cloudy, gradually becoming clear and low around 40°.
