The 75th Anniversary of D-Day

Mornin'!  It's 68° in Wildwood NJ. No breezes to note.  It's mostly clear with a leftover morning haze as Ms Sun's just beginning to share her glow.
Today is the anniversary of D-Day as we commemorate those storming the shores of Normandy France today with over 4,000 giving their lives during this attack.
There was some major rainfall and watering last night as Cape May County was under a storm watch from dinner time until bedtime.  Lots of watering those plants and gardens outside done by Mother Nature which I'm very grateful for.  It's a somewhat hazy/cloudy start to the day with eventual plentiful sunshine and temps tapping the 80s.  Breezes will be out of the West at 8-10mph.  Tonight... some cloud cover with temps in the low 70s and N-NW breezes at 3-5mph.  The weekend's now looking partly sunny/partly cloudy with strong winds.
High tide: 11:10a.m.

4:48p.m.
Ocean temp: 66°
Sunset: 8:24p.m.
