Mornin'!  It's 43° in Wildwood NJ.  Feels like 38° as it's raining lightly (rains began about an hour ago - before 5AM) and winds are light out of the South at 2-4mph.  It's dark out and feels cold and raw when stepping out onto the porch as that wet, salt air goes right through you.  It'll probably rain all day (85% chance) as temps climb up to around 50° with winds ramping up at 10-20mph +gusting out of the S-SW.  Tonight...cloudy with periods of rain (100% chance), temps in the upper 30s and W-SW winds at 10-20mph. Tomorrow... mainly sunny and blustery with a few clouds in the mix, temps in the low-40s and N-NW at 20-30mph +gusting.  Tomorrow night... clear, temps tapping 30° with N-NE winds (calming down) at 5-10mph.  Sunday... cloudy, temps in the low-40s with E-SE at 10-15mph.  Sunday night... cloudy, temps in the upper 30s with S-SW winds at 10-15mph.  Monday... Ms Sun's back.  So this is it January!  You had some challenging weather kicking off 2025.  We had a couple snow storms (one was almost 8" and the other only about a crunchy inch). Lest not forget those frigid temps in the teens and a couple in the single digits along with some of those extreme winds.  Otherwise, we came out unscathed and ready to take on the rest of Winter (48 days left).  Got the fresh clams in for this weekend's soup as New England Clam Chowder is on tap today and then taking some to the family along with checking in with the grand-kids sometime this weekend!  Happy Friday!
