Coastal Flood Advisory In Effect from 3PM to 9PM Today

Mornin'!  It's 55° in Wildwood NJ.  It's raining lightly with winds out of the NE at 10-20mph +gusting.  It's miserable outside.  Expect a cloudy day with 60% chance of light rain, temps around 60° and NE winds at 10-20mph +gusting. Tonight... still cloudy with 60% chance of rain, temps around 55° with E-SE winds shifting from the West at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... begins Wildwood's 4-day Kite Festival.  We'll have a mix of sun and clouds, temps in the upper 60s / low 70s with West winds blowing those kites at 10-15mph +gusting at times.  Tomorrow night... mostly clear, temps around 53° and West winds at 10-15mph.  Saturday... sunny, temps near 70° and West winds at 10-15mph.  Sunday... mostly sunny, temps in the mid-upper 60s and W-NW winds at 10-20mph.   Sunday night... partly cloudy, temps in the upper 50s with W-NW winds at 5-10mph.  Monday... partly cloudy with overcast skies by the afternoon, temps in the upper 60s and East winds at 5-10mph.  Monday night... cloudy, 40% chance of rain, temps in the upper 50s and South winds at 5-10mph.  There's a Flood Advisory along the Coast today.  Know you high tide times and low-lying areas on the island.  High tides are an hour later on the back (bay) side of the island.  Some streets and areas could flood.  Don't drive through flood "salt" waters.  The "New" moon is Monday which doesn't help with any flooding along the coast.  The New Moon and Full Moon bring much higher than normal tides to the island.  Play it safe out there.  Here's Wildwood's event calendar:  https://wildwoodsnj.com/events-calendar/
