Mornin'! It's 75° in Wildwood NJ. Humidity's a whopping 98% with a dewpoint of 74°. It's cloudy with barely a breeze out of the S-SE at 3-6mph. There's anywhere from 40% to 70% chance of rain throughout the day with the possibility of thunderstorms this morning as well as passing rain showers this afternoon. After just checking our doppler, there's not much to report although the Nat'l Weather Service has posted a "Flood Watch" until this evening. They're reporting that we could see flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall. The optimal word is "could" see flooding as that doppler is detecting storm velocity and location with heavy rain systems above us and around us in the Toms River / Trenton area of NJ as well as the Cape May bubble breaking up those stormy systems heading our way from Delaware as they think they're making their way here. One thing is for certain, the air is humid and heavy at the moment and the cloud cover is giving us a break from a morning "hot" sunrise. With all that said, expect a chance of rain showers with temps in the mid-80s and S-SE winds at 5-10mph today. Keep your eye on the sky (or doppler). Tonight... 25% chance of rain, temps in the low-mid 70s and NE winds at 5-10mph. Tomorrow... 25% chance of rain with cloudy conditions, temps in the low-80s and NE winds at 10-15ph. Tomorrow night... cloudy, temps around 70° and NE winds at 10-15mph. Wednesday... sunny, temps around 80° and E-NE winds at 10-15mph. Wednesday night... partly to most clear, temps in the low-70s and South winds at 5-10mph.
