Friday the 13th

Mornin'!  It's 55° in Wildwood NJ.  We're under some cloud cover at the moment but they should be completely out of here by later this morning.  No breezes or winds to note unlike yesterday afternoon and last night which were rip-roaring.  Happy Friday the 13th!  It's the first of 2 this year...next one's in July. Sometimes there are 3 per year.  Just an FYI for those who worry themselves sick over the dire possibilities of what today's date unleashes as it's thought to be cursed somehow.  As for weather...it seems that today won't be jinxed at all.  Maybe a bit breezy but it'll be a lovely Spring day here down the Shore.  Expect plenty of sunshine with temps in the mid-upper 60s and breezes out of the SW at 15-18mph.  Tonight...a little breezier (S-SW at 18-20mph) with clear skies and temps right around where they are now...mid 50s.  Tomorrow...sunny with temps in the low-60s and breezes out of the South at 18-20mph.  Sunday..."a homemade soup kind of day" with clouds, rains, winds, raw and chilly with a high of 50°.  Tomorrow's the New Moon so keep aware of tidewater which will be considerably higher than normal and that includes Sunday with rain added to that tidewater.  Oh...here's some weather news from yesterday...The World Meteorological Organization announced that due to death and destruction these 4 names have been retired from the Hurricane Name List...Harvey, Irma, Maria and Nate.  There's a 6 year rotating list of names used for Hurricanes and those 4 are off the list forever.  The replacement names will be Harold, Idalia, Margot and Nigel.
