North Wildwood - This morning's web cam shot |
Mornin'! It's 46° in Wildwood NJ. We're once again under clear pre-dawn skies. The horizon looks like a Bob Ross original with all the vibrant pastels. Breezes are light out of the SW at 5-10mph. It feels incredibly mild outside. We're in for another beautiful day down the Shore. Expect a mostly sunny day with temps in the mid-upper 50s and West winds at 10-15mph. Tonight.... things begin to diverse as another wet, winter storm system has its sites on the Coast beginning after midnight. We're going to get cloudy tonight while rains and/or a wintry mix begin overnight (60% chance) as temps drop to the low-30s. W-NW will be 10-15mph. Tomorrow... mid-30s feeling like mid-20s with moisture coming down. It could be icy rain, snowy mix or just rain but something wet is on its way making for a crappy Sunday. There was mention of "accumulation" which is now less than an inch. My salute just ran across my forehead in relief. By "chili and wing feasting" game time, the precipitation should be out of here and be just a cloudy evening. It's going to feel really cold tonight after this mild week as temps drop to the upper 20s (feeling like 19° due to the winds). Monday... we're back to a seasonably cold (30°), sunny day. Hubby's making some of his delicious chili for tomorrow. And, I'm making the homemade soup today for this weekend: Potato Leek. It's all part of the game plan.
