More Crappy Weather Today

Mornin'!  It's 61° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 92% with a 60° dewpoint.  It's gray and cloudy but not raining at the moment.  Winds are battering the coast again since last night out of the NE at 25-35mph +gusting.  We're just had high tide on the ocean side of the island as high tides are now shifting towards the back of the island on the marsh/bay side.  There's no street flooding that I can see but the webcams are showing that the beaches are still under water right up to the dunes. Expect another gray day with 50% chance of rain showers becoming less by the afternoon.  Temps will be in the mid-60s.  NE winds have no intentions of checking out with their 25-35mph sustained gusts.  Tonight... still cloudy and windy with temps down to where they are now... low 60s and NE winds at 20-30mph.  Tomorrow... more of the same.  It'll be cloudy and windy with temps in the mid-60s and NE winds at 20-30mph.  Thursday... rain with those NE winds still checked in.  Friday... rain and not quite as windy.  And, Friday is the full moon so you know the drill... those high tides are going to be extreme. Saturday... rainy and windy.  I'll say, this crapola weather wears on you.  September's been really ugly this year as there hasn't been much sparkle in this so-called "jewel".

Wonder if those railroad tracks are visible on Higbee Beach?

Good question. I haven't heard about them in the local news here since last year. But, I do know they expose themselves during Nor'easters and Full Moons.
