First Week Of Autumn

Mornin'!  This blog entry is dedicated to my daughter who's celebrating her birthday today.  Being the baby of the family, she has a special place in my heart.  Happy Birthday and hope it's a wonderful birthday!  It's 61° in Wildwood NJ.  Humidity's 82% with a dewpoint of 56°.  Winds are out of the N-NE at 4-8mph.  And, we've got lots of cloud cover as Ms Sun makes her way over the cloudy horizon to begin this first Monday of Fall.  We're supposed to have a breezy, mostly cloudy day but that forecast doesn't match the other three I checked.  The other three reported a mostly sunny day (with some clouds in the mix) and normal breezes.  With that said, I'm going with... a partly sunny day, temps in the low-70s and NE winds at 10-15mph.  Tonight... mostly cloudy, 30% chance of rain late, temps in the mid-60s and E-NE winds at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... partly to mostly cloudy, temps around 70° and E-NE winds at 10-20mph.  Wednesday... mostly cloudy (25% chance of rain), temps in the low-70s and E-SE winds at 10-15mph.
High Tide: 12:28PM
Low Tide: 7:03PM
Ocean Temp: 71°
Sunrise: 6:48AM
Sunset: 6:56PM
UV Index: 5.2
Rip Current: High (Dangerous Rip Currents again today.  Do Not Swim In The Ocean!)
There's also a coastal flood advisory remaining in effect until 5pm this evening.  We've had our share of flooded streets this past weekend due to that Full Moon / King Tide and today's no exception.  Be aware of the tides.
