Mornin'! Happy Mothers Day! Salute to you if you're a Momma reading this! Here's to you! Do something for yourself today. And, hopefully whatever it is, you're doing it at the Shore! It's 59° and lovely and slightly breezy in WW this morning. Slept in a bit as hubby sneaked over to visit Mrs. Britton today at Britton's bakery in WW Crest! I had warm apple fritters waiting for me when I woke this morning. Now, that's a great Mothers Day opener...sea air in the porch windows and Mrs. Britton's warm apple fritters on the kitchen counter! Perfection. If you're in Wildwood and have never had a Britton's apple fritter...are you in for one of the sweetest treats of your life. The sugar rush is carrying me away...focus...back to the weather. It's 59° and heading to 70° again today. It'll be partly sunny (some clouds are checking in today) and dry and mild. Breezes begin out of the SW and shift from the South later at 10-15mph. More clouds than yesterday but no rain until after midnight. Low tide:8:41a.m.
