TGIF

Mornin'!  It's 33° in Wildwood NJ.  It's clear with not a cloud in the sky.  It's calm with hardly a breeze.  It's crisp and cold with frost on the dune grasses and the fragrance of the sea in the cold morning air.  Ms Sun's on her way in about half an hour.  Unfortunately, clouds will be rolling in a little later this morning as it'll be a partly cloudy day with peeks of sun.  Breezes will commence a little later this morning as well as it'll be a blustery day with winds out of the S-SW at 15-25mph +gusting.  Temps will get up into the low-50s (it'll feel like the low-mid 40s) with the windchill.  Tonight... partly cloudy with some clearing (20% chance of a shower), temps in the low 40s and winds out of the W-NW at 10-15mph.  Tomorrow... mostly sunny, not as breezy with a high of 40° and Sunday... mostly cloudy and temps in the mid-upper 40s.  15 days until the Winter Solstice!   There's not one but two Christmas Tree lighting ceremonies tonight.  North Wildwood's is at the Hereford Lighthouse Gazebo at 4:30-6:30 and Wildwood's is at the Convention Center at 6:30-8:30.
Oh... here's some other island news... The George Redding Bridge (the Rio Grande Ave. Bridge attaching Wildwood to the outside world) will be closed from 12/9-12/11 from 8PM to 6AM for those 3 days.  There's a huge sewer project being completed at the intersection at Susquehanna and Rio Grande Aves as the other option for traversing on and off the island will be North Wildwood's bridge (causeway). Just an FYI!
