Mornin'! It's 78° in Wildwood NJ. Happy Labor Day! Blog's a bit late as it was (thankfully) a sleep-in day. It was one of those very restless nights as I tossed and turned wondering if I'd ever fall asleep. It was one of those mornings that my husband said, "I was going to come up with a mirror to check on your breathing."
It's hazy sunshine outside this morning. Humidity's at 77% with a dewpoint of 70°. Winds are out of the South at 4-6mph. It'll be a partly sunny start turning to a partly cloudy day with temps around 80°. Breezes will be out of the South at 10-15mph. Tonight... cloudy with a 25% chance of rain, temps in the low-70s and Southerly breezes at 10-15mph. Tomorrow... rain likely (70% chance) with temps in the mid-upper 70s and S-SE winds at 10-15mph. Heavy, local rainfall is possible. Wednesday is 50% chance of rain. And, Thursday the sun shines again with temps in the 80s. Well, this is it I guess. The parking is still thick around my street but I guess those visitors are sleeping in as well. No doubt folks here will be bidding adieu to the summer as most will be leaving Wildwood until next year. The season's officially over (during the week that is) but the weekends are still going to be happening. Check the events calendar if you foresee Wildwood in your off-season weekend future!
