Full Moon Monday

Mornin'!  It's 37° in Wildwood NJ.  It sunny as Ms Sun's up and shining brightly over the island.  Not a cloud in the sky.  It's cold this morning feeling more like 29° with the windchill as winds are out of the NE at 20-25mph +gusting.  We're going to have a sunny and windy day today with temps in the upper 40s feeling more like the upper 30s.  Today's winds will be 20-30mph +gusting up to 40mph and will be out of the NE throughout the day, tonight and tomorrow.  These NE winds along with today's Full Moon will be causing a "Coastal Flood" warning posted until tomorrow afternoon.  You don't need rain to cause tidal flooding.  Just be aware of low-lying areas on the island and high tide times.  Tonight... clear, temps around 40° and NE winds at 15-25mph +gusting up to 40mph.  Tomorrow... overcast, temps in the upper 40s and NE winds at 15-25mph +gusting.  Wednesday... cloudy with rain by early afternoon, temps tapping 50° and much calmer (barely there) winds.  Today's Full Moon is also known as the Worm Moon.  This name refers to the time of year when the ground begins to thaw and earthworms begin to reappear along with the return of robins and various other birds signaling the end of winter and beginning of Spring.
