Full Moon Saturday

Mornin'! Happy Saturday. Happy weekend! Looks like a nice one too. It's currently 72 degrees in WW this morning. The sun's shining and the heat and humidity will be creeping back into our lives beginning today. It'll feel very warm as the temps will rise to the high 80's and may reach 90 today. There's a 30% chance of the ol' summer thunderstorm later today. It's very still outside as I type, but a light breeze from the southwest will be present later on the island. High tide is 8:11 this morning...meaning when you hit the beaches today, you can sit close to the water as the tide will be heading out. Ocean temp is 74 comfortable degrees. If you hear howling, it's due to the Full Moon which becomes full at 7:31 this morning. However, the moonrise tonight over the ocean is 8:52. If you're strolling the beach or boardwalk tonight, look toward the sea!

The perpetual "Storm Warning" in this summer heat reminds me of my time in the Guatemalan jungle. It would rain daily at 3:12PM. I'm not kidding.
